Sickness
Andrea has croup with strep throat, she is miserable. She has coughed so hard that she has popped blood vessels in the back of her throat. she looks like the walking dead.
Adriauna has ear infection and is on the verge of pneumonia, so we have to watch her.
So needless to say, I feel very overwhelmed. We also have to be very careful with Ash and Andrea so that Ash doesn't get strep or she will be in the hospital. Pretty crazy around here. And i thought i was going to get rid of them at school not so, at least for a week. Pray for me!

Shoshone falls and Bridge
Perrine Bridge, in Twin Falls
Standing under the bridge
Shoshone Falls
Shoshone Falls, pretty huh?
Girls trying to ask this guy out
So we went to Shoshone falls and crossed the bridge that you see in the picture while going into Twin Falls. While we were looking at the bridge, 3 guys jumped off it. It was so cool, they flip off it and then threw their shoots and landed on the side of the river or in it. I will post some video of it later. Travis Pestrana was just at the bridge on the 10th. There is video on Youtube. One guy landed in it. It was GREAT.
We also went to Shoshone Falls, it was beautiful, by that time the girls were spent and ready to go home. Don't get me wrong, they liked it and thought it was fun to be there, but were tired of walking and started getting on each others nerves. (Mom and Dad, I don't know how you took us all on vacations, I now know why you started to only take 1 at a time). Anyways, it was a great time and we got to spend time as a family. We asked the girls what their favorite part was and they all agreed that it was the Temple!

So last weekend we took our family to the Twin Falls Temple. What an experience that was, I was excited to go and take the girls because I was looking forward to see what their thoughts and feelings would be while going through and after, I wasn't expecting what I got. We went first into the Stake Center/hosting center and waited until they took us to a room to watch a video on temples and Twin Falls, and why we have them and what we do in them. As we were waiting Adri turned to me and said that the chapel was pretty, and she was happy to be there. After the movie they took us on a tour of the grounds of the temple and explained that the temples are dedicated to the Lord, and that it is a place where the Lord dwells here on earth. As we entered the youth from the area put little booties on our feet and we entered to the waiting area, they told us were everything came from, the marble , glass, wood and so on. We then entered the baptismal font which is in an oval shape and is different from other fonts, the girls loved the (swimming pool) it was beautiful. Ashlynn is excited to do baptisms for the dead now. We then went by the brides room, Adri really wanted to go in and see it, but they just let you peek in she liked that room. Then we went to the first ordinance room, can I say WOW! They had a hand painted mural of the Twin Falls area, it was like you could reach out and actually feel the dirt, water falls, and animals, it is absolutely beautiful! As we went to each ordinance room they pointed out how each room is raised in elevation and gets brighter. Before we entered the Celestial room they asked us not to talk to please be quiet and reflect how we feel about our relationship with our Heavenly Father. As I walked in I had never seen anything so bright, it was so white and beautiful and BRIGHT! We stood there and as I was trying to hold the tears back Adri tugged at my dress and said "Mom, this is so BEAUTIFUL". I just started to cry and couldn't stop. I new that my Adri could feel the spirit of our Heavenly Father, and you could feel it so strong. It was the greatest feeling, and experience to be their with my girls to see their faces and reaction to that special room. I don't think I will ever forget it! We then went to the Sealing room, that was so cool. We waited for everyone to leave and we let the girls look into the mirrors, they thought that was the coolest thing in the world. All my girls made the comment about how they could see forever, we told them that it represents our family here on earth and in heaven.
I can tell you that if you ever get the opportunity to go to a temple open house it is worth it! My girls loved it, I loved it, what a great teaching and wonderful experience to have with your family. I'm going to try to scan the pamphlet in and show you the pictures of the rooms. I'm so blessed to be a member of this gospel, for the gift of my girls from our Father in Heaven, for parents who raised me with values, and who are wonderful examples to me and my family. For a prophet who leads and guides us each day to stay closer to our Father, for those who sacrificed everything for us today. For the Scriptures which help us each day, and for Temples, which we are able to go and feel of the love from our Heavenly Father and to grow closer to him and do the work for us here on earth and in Heaven. I'm so blessed, and can't thank my Father in Heaven enough.

Ashlynn' video
So Ashlynn is trying to cross the river and having a hard time. Abigail already lost one of her sandals down the river, and Ashlynn thought that she was going to do the same thing. I had to go and rescue her and I'm the one who got soaked besides Abby who fell in because she fell on a slippery rock, it was way funny.
Trip to the cabin
So we went to my great friend Liz and Kevin's cabin for our anniversary, we go every year. This year they just got done remodeling, how beautiful is that. Thanks so much for allowing us to do this every year, your the greatest! We love you guys!
So we would eat out on the patio, which wraps around the whole cabin, it so nice. We also got to ride the 4 wheelers, how fun was that, my girls want to know when we can get our own. Mike and the girls came up with a game of tag to play on them it was pretty funny to watch. We then went to the river and got wet, if I can get the video that Mike took of Ashlynn trying to get to the rock, I will, it's hilarious! It was nice to just be with family and not have to do anything! We love going to the cabin! I can't post anymore pictures on this one so I will do another one and post more. Thanks again to Kevin and Liz for being so generous. We really do appreciate all you do!
